Justin Morneau Minors Tournament May 10th & 11th, 2025!
It’s officially tournament season! Named after former New West resident and MLB player Justin Morneau, the 2025 Justin Morneau Minors Tournament will take place on Saturday, May 10th and Sunday, May 11th at the Moody Park diamonds in Moody Park, New Westminster.
The first games of the day will start at 9 am and the last games of the day are scheduled to end around 3:30 pm. Game play on Sunday will depend on how well individual teams do in their games on Saturday. Please see the schedule below.
The NWBA Minor Division teams are excited to be playing against Minor Division teams from Hastings, South Van, and Trout Lake little leagues for this tournament. A big welcome to the visiting teams!
Family, friends, and players from other NWBA divisions–T-Ball, Rookie, and Major–are invited to come cheer on our Minor Division teams! Come see what Minor Division game play is all about!
NWBA will be running a concession stand beside Justin Morneau field throughout the tournament, with snacks, treats, and beverages. Little Miss Coffee (May 10th only) and Meet2Eat Foodtruck (10 am onwards both days) will also be at the tournament!
