New West Little League’s affiliate, River Giants/Diamondsides Baseball (New West Minor Baseball Association) provides male and female athletes 12+ years old living in New Westminster and surrounding areas the opportunity to play grassroots & competitive baseball within the BC Minor Baseball system. NWMBA is a volunteer-run baseball organization that is affiliated with BC Minor Baseball, Baseball BC, Baseball Canada and VisSport.
**Please note that 12 and 13-year-olds who are newer to baseball, and who may not have the required skill level and experience to play for New West Little League’s competitive Major Division team, may want to consider registering with Diamondsides’ 13U/Peewee Division. Diamondsides currently divides this division into 13UA, which is a ‘house’ division and is more suited to players who are newer to baseball, and 13UAA, which is for more competitive players looking for more games & travel.
